Monday night I was soooo proud of myself, I cooked fried rice! This is not the actual picture of my creation but its close enough. It tasted beautiful. I sussed out the key factors of fried rice; how you should cook the rice the night before and refridgerate, and to use a small amount of Sesame Oil (got those tips from a chef). I chopped up some spring onion, carrot, cooked some eggs ans peas added some soy sauce and walla!To the average person you would be thinking 'why is she bragging about cooking fried rice?' but to family and friends you would understand that im an 'interesting' cook when it comes to new creations. I was so worried that it was gonna taste crap. I got the thumbs up from the man so i was so excited. I asked Keith if there was anything interesting that he would like me to cook tonight, his response 'Steak and Veg'.....nice one Keith. lol

This is weird coz we made fried rice too..on Friday night.
We had ham steaks in the fridge and used it in fried rice for a change. We also had carrot, egg and peas.
Gotta love a QUICK meal!
Last night we had your favourite....bangers & mash & gravy!
